Probe Customization Process
1) Customer's intention to provide FISH Probe Customization Service and related materials or literature in connection with Golden Charm
2) The Golden Talisman is designed according to the customer's requirements, and offers the probe quotation.
3) Customer confirm whether to accept the Probe Customization Fee Standard.
4) The Golden Talisman shall sign the FISH Probe Customization Service Contract according to the customer's requirements and the price agreed upon by both parties.
5) Personalized probe lead time is 6-8 weeks after signing the contract.
6) Free mail custom probe to customer's address.
Products received by clients
The product received by the customer is a prepared double-stranded DNA probe that can be used directly for FISH detection.
Quality assurance of customized probe
Jin lu Biotech Co., Ltd. has rich FISH probe manufacturing experience, a set of effective manufacturing process, can guarantee that the synthesized probe is the customer needs probe, and can be directly used for FISH detection. If you have any objection to the synthetic probe, please contact us within two weeks from the date of receipt. The cost of remaking the probe shall be borne by us if it is due to our fault. If the error is caused by the customer, the cost of remanufacture shall be borne by the customer.
