Marketing Specialist (technical support for in vitro diagnostic reagents products)
Job responsibilities:
Make sales plan (annual, quarterly, monthly) and complete sales task;
Responsible for product price system control, channel construction, promotion plan formulation and implementation;
3, responsible for organizing the implementation of market development, to develop potential customers and to maintain existing customers;
4, responsible for the formation and training of sales force, improve the overall quality and ability of sales force;
5) fully understand the market situation, promptly report the situation of competitors to the leadership, and put forward rationalization proposals;
Responsible for sales information management and statistical analysis, do a good job of industry information, bidding information collection, sorting work;
7. Supervise the recovery of accounts receivable in the region.
Eligibility requirements :
1, lively and cheerful personality, good at communication;
Bachelor degree or above, major in biotechnology, clinical medicine, medical laboratory, pharmacy, bioengineering and marketing is preferred;
Master degree in biology is preferred. Experience in sales of medical devices and in vitro diagnostic reagents is preferred;
4, good communication skills, a high sense of responsibility, team management and training ability, a high degree of market sensitivity, have a certain market sales channels;
5. Good health;
