Job Description:
1. Understand the development of diagnostic reagents at home and abroad, participate in determining the company's new product development positioning and project, technical research direction;
Make and implement R & D project schedule, responsible for project development plan, development plan writing, review and approval work;
Responsible for the design, follow-up and preparation of related research materials for product application related process research or quality research related experiments;
4. Responsible for product domestic declaration, follow-up coordination, and registration document preparation, management and so on;
5. Establish efficient R & D organization and development process, cooperate with pilot production and constantly optimize the production process, effectively monitor the project,control and be negative to processes and results Responsibility;
6. Be responsible for solving all kinds of difficult problems in product research and development, and coordinate with relevant departments.
Job Requirements :
Bachelor degree or above in biology, medicine or related major;
2. Product development experience in molecular diagnostics industry or related industry is preferred, with R & D team management experience;
3. Be familiar with the national policy and registration process of molecular diagnostics industry, and have the independent undertaking of molecular diagnostic reagents Project R & D and registration of successful reporting of relevant work experience;
4. With innovative spirit, excellent organization and coordination management ability and ability to solve scientific research problems;
5. Experience in molecular diagnosis or product process or quality research;
6. Proficient in English, with strong Chinese and English literature search, test method selection and design ability;
7. Comprehensive management ability of R & D team, proficient in the use and management of various experimental instruments and equipment;
8. Shaoxing native or willing to work in Shaoxing for a long time is preferred.
